Community Submission Policy

At Waybien Ads, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users. To maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure compliance with our values, we have established the following guidelines for submitting Telegram Groups, Telegram Channels, Facebook Groups, and Discord Servers to our database. By submitting your community to Waybien Ads, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined below.

Approval Process & Timeline

  • Submissions are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours of submission.
  • The review process ensures a user-friendly experience while maintaining high standards of compliance.
  • You will receive an email and an in-app notification with the status of your submission and any necessary feedback for corrections.

Guidelines for Submission Visual Content Compliance

Profile images or other associated visuals must not contain:
  • Obscene, vulgar, or graphic content.
  • Hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory imagery.
  • Content promoting violence or unlawful activities.
  • Violations will result in rejection, and specific feedback will be provided to help rectify the issue.

Content Standards for Links, Titles, and Descriptions

Community links, names, and descriptions must:
  • Avoid any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful language.
  • Be accurate and clearly describe the purpose of the community.
  • Submissions failing to meet these standards will be rejected, with detailed instructions provided for resubmission.

Channel URL Update Rules

Approved channel owners are allowed to update their Telegram channel URL from the channel settings.

However, the updated URL must belong to the same Telegram channel that was originally approved.

Changing the URL to a different channel is not permitted, even if the channel owner has admin rights on that channel.

In addition, the Waybien Ads bot must remain an admin of the channel after the URL change.

If the bot is removed or the new URL points to a different channel, the update will not be accepted and may require re-review.

This rule ensures channel integrity, accurate performance tracking, and fair monetization.

Accuracy of Submitted Information

When submitting a community to Waybien Ads, the submitter must ensure that all provided information — including but not limited to community location, language, topic, and audience description — is accurate and not misleading.

Communities that are intentionally submitted with incorrect or misleading information (for example, declaring a community as UK-based while the majority of its audience is demonstrably located outside the UK) may be subject to the following actions:

  • Immediate removal from the Waybien Ads listings.
  • Suspension of the associated channel owner account.
  • Cancellation or withholding of earnings generated through campaigns that relied on materially inaccurate information.
Waybien Ads reserves the right to conduct manual and automated reviews of community submissions to ensure the accuracy of provided information and to protect the integrity of the advertising ecosystem.

Chat Groups

  • Chat groups that are directly linked to a channel should not be submitted as separate communities.
  • Ads published in a channel are automatically forwarded to its linked chat group.
  • Submitting both the channel and its linked group may cause duplicate ad placements for the same audience.
  • Therefore, only main channels are eligible for approval.
  • Chat groups may be considered for monetization only if they are standalone communities with unique content and not directly tied to an approved channel.

Purpose & Content Compliance

Communities promoting any of the following will be strictly prohibited:
  • Illicit activities, harmful behavior, or illegal content.
  • Discrimination or hate speech against any group or individual.
  • Spam, misinformation, or content aimed at exploiting users.
  • Accepted communities must contribute to a respectful, educational, or entertaining environment that aligns with Waybien Ads’ mission and values.

Member Growth Integrity (Anti-Fake Engagement Policy)

To maintain the quality and credibility of our advertising ecosystem, Waybien Ads strictly prohibits the use of any member-boosting services, bots, or automated systems that artificially increase the number of members or followers in your community.

If such activities are detected — either through our automated fraud-detection system or during manual review — the following actions may be taken:

  • Your community may be marked as “Suspicious – Boosted Group” and removed from the active listings.
  • Any associated earnings may be withheld or canceled if determined to result from fraudulent or non-organic engagement.
  • Persistent presence of such bots (as admin or member) after a warning may lead to permanent removal of the community from Waybien Ads.

Waybien Ads values authentic engagement. Communities that grow organically and foster genuine member interactions are prioritized for visibility and advertiser selection.

Handling of Non-Compliant Submissions

Invalid or Broken Links
  • If a submitted link is invalid or inaccessible, the submission will be marked as “Update Required.”
  • The submitter will be notified and asked to provide a valid link before the review process continues.

Repeat Violations

Users repeatedly submitting rejected or non-compliant communities may face the following actions:
  • Temporary suspension from submitting further communities.
  • Permanent removal from the Waybien Ads platform if violations persist.
  • Clear and transparent communication will be provided in all cases, including detailed reasons for the action taken.

Feedback & Notifications

For each rejected or suspended submission, users will receive:
  • Detailed feedback outlining the reason for rejection.
  • Guidance on how to address issues and resubmit successfully.
  • Our goal is to empower users to make necessary changes and meet our standards while maintaining an inclusive platform.
